Dear all

 

Kindly note that the patients registration number starting to alphabet A has come to an end of its series. We started the new numbers with alphabet M at the beginning.

 

In this new numbers we modified a little bit to simplify reading, recording and filing. We therefore request all heads of clinical to inform the doctors under the and other staff who by any means use the patients numbers for servives.

 

The New number is in this format:  M00-00-01 when recording this numbers  dash must be indicated in either manually or when entering them in the system.
