The duty allocation is done as follows : 

Date:    26-10-2013

Time:    9am-4pm

Venue:  Chancellor Hall Foyer

Attire :   Corporate Shirt

Duty:     To assist the PIC and handle the Q&A from our students

Below is the schedule for the two sessions:

 

Morning Session : 9am - 12.30pm (Sasi, Shaavesh, Nalini Vinod)

Afternoon Session : 12.30pm - 4pm  (Dinesh, Ain Munirah, Marshya,                                                                       Hazwani)

Directors please remind your executive in charge about this. That about it for now.
