Good Evening,

Dear EMD executives,

First and foremost i would like to say hello . I have accepted the position to be the Director of EMD for this semester along side MUHAMMAD NABIL BIN MOHD ANNUAR. Most of us have not personally met so here is a simple introduction.I am from the chemical department currently in my 3rd Year and i joined IEM in Jan 13' and was away last semester on my semester break.We will all meet during our first meeting and i hope we would have a fun time ahead .

I have attended the council meeting on the 6/10/2013 and i would like to share with all of you what we have discussed. 

1)The IEM-UTPSS will no longer be having an adviser. We now have an advisory team which consist of 3 lecturer who are Ir.Perumal , Dr.Fariz and Dr. Fairuza all of whom are from the EE  Department.

2)Our General Meeting will be held this coming Tuesday (8/10) at D4 from 8pm-11pm. the dress code is the  Corporate Shirt . For those who do not have the corporate shirt you could come in your formal clothes(full formal).

3)Our Agenda for this semester is to organize a CSR (corporate social responsibility) Program.Other agenda's includes hosting an academic based program as long as it is not a talk and also hosting an academic based event internally among clubs or within IEM itself. We will have a discussion of these programs during our EMD meeting
