Look on your old computer for the file password.klc.  If Embird is still installed on the older computer, the newer versions make it easy to copy this file to the new installation. Pop a USB stick into the computer. Open Embird,  go to Help > Passwords. Change the drive letter under BackUp to your USB stick, then click the BackUp button. Move the USB stick to your new computer. Open Embird (Windows 7/8/Vista – run it as administrator by right clicking the Embird desktop icon and choose run as administrator  from the menu). Go to Help > Passwords. Change the drive under Recover to the USB stick and click the Recover button. You should be ready to go.

 

As for not getting an answer from Embird, they usually respond pretty fast. Check your Spam folders for their emails. Lots of times they will end up there.

I have found that Embrid has always responded to my emails.  The times that I have had to contact Embird  for the key has always been responded.

Just a thought, check you are sending the same full name you originally used when buying.
