Hello, I have a Hus machine and purchase new designs regularly, using Embird to access and add to USB. My challenge is that although I have purchased all designs in hoop sizes I have, some have changed in the purchase - to Embird stage.

I am just wanting to know how do I then resize them back to the size that was purchased in the first place. It cannot be a designer's despute as it has happened on desogns from several different places.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Warm regards,

Robynne

Robynne,  When I find a design in embird, the designs are on the right side of my computer screen.  When I click on the design I want, it shows up on the left side.  Above the design, I click on editor. Once the design is in editor, you can click on the hoop size icon above the design. It looks like a little rectangular hoop.  There are several pages of hoops and there is a custom size that you can put in on the last page. I just got the magnetic hoop which is a custom size 130 x 180.  Viking hoops are on about the 4th page.  If you can't find the size under viking, look for it under pfaff.  Viking and Pfaff combined companies.

I save my designs before resizing.  resized are then saved as designa  or design1.  I always save original before changing anything and rename the changed design.

I have never, every had that experience, and I've been using embird since about 2002.   Is it the design or the hoop size that is changing?  Have you checked that?  If indeed it's the design, that would indicate there is a problem, and maybe the designers of Embird need to know.
