How do I transfer my Embird program from my old laptop to my new one?

I have the Embird 2008, which I need to upgrade also, but my problem is I have it installed on my old lap top.  I would like to use it on my new laptop.  How do I do this without buying a whole new program.  I have tried contacting customer service and the support buttons do not work on the site, nor can I get a reply from anyone when I send emails.....HELP please.

They are usually very good at getting back with you. It is quite possible that their replies are being seen as spam and sent to your junk folders or even deleted by your internet service provider. I would check there first.  Are you able to send a Delivery Test to them from this page?

Hi Connie.  Just save your passwords, download the program and install.  It should keep all your plug-ins and all you may have to do is redo some settings.  If you can’t download 2008 anymore (it is rather old) and since you want to update anyway, update your old computer first.  Then do the new one and everything should move just fine, including the new password required for 2013.  All you will pay for is the upgrade.   Good luck.  Linda I

Not sure when you sent your request to embird but since they are international it does take awhile.

I keep my passwords and all embird info on a usb stick, also print out copies of the codes and on save on my external drive so if I change computers all I have to do is download program to new computer and enter all info.

I know Dusan and others have answered questions in this forum so hopefully they will see this email.
