downloading design

I work off of older equipment and have always downloaded designs to put into my machines to a brother pe-design box. Recently I have had switch of computers and I am not finding how to do this off the new version of Embird on my newer computer. Is there a way or do I somehow need to find a way to get my older computer to work? Thanks
