I have created many designs to embroider on Embird. I save them to my flash drive, open them in the correct folder on my Janome machine, and I stitch away. Then, last week, this no longer worked. I save the design on my flash drive, but when I open the folder on the Janome, the folder is empty. The folder is not empty when I open it up on my laptop. The designs are there.

Also, around this time I noticed that all of my saved .jef files on my computer are showing up blank looking. I attached a picture if it comes through. Very confused because all was working smoothly for years. Help please. Thanks! Beth

Hi Beth,

My colleague has just bought 350e for his wife and we had a chance to play with it at the office. It appears that machine does not support USB flash cards bigger than 4Gb (although we used it with 8Gb one) and the problem can be solved by re-formatting the card with embroidery machine.

Make sure that prior to re-formatting you saved the data from it somewhere if it is still readable.

Best regards,

//Katherine
