What does this mean and how do I get it, I have had my software since
2008 and am only now really getting the hang of it, took a while, but
getting there. How do I arrange the colors to stitch the way I want
them to after I have digitized something.

Thanks

thred3.exe is a digitizing software

Not an expert but I do it this way in Embird editor

in upper right corner see design with the wee colored boxes?

right click on one boc  and select

'swap sewing order with previuos color' or 'swap with next color.'

be careful as you could lose details.

It is done differently in Studio

Begin here read every one until you understand it

Hi Antoinette,

The colours will stitch out in the same order that you have digitised
them. If you have digitised in a logical order (ie any objects at the
back of the design and then working your way through to the objects to
the front then you should have a problem. Obviously there are objects
of the same colour that may be at different levels and you need them
to stitch out on different layers ie, you may have a red object at the
back of your design but also an object that needs to be stitched on
the top level above another colour - usually you would do that whilst
digitising.

However.... there is a tool in Embird Editor called "Smart Color Sort"
you will find it under the "File" menu. I have used it on several
occasions and never had a problem - it sorted the colours without
upsetting the design. Please, if you use this tool, check the design
after you have run the command and if you find you have a problem then
just "undo" the color sort.

Hope this has helped.

Cheers
Christine
