can embird do this

Ok ive asked this question on a forum about whether you can get the software to read your color chart and arrange your colors for you in a design. I find it frustrating to deal with a 36 color design and click and reclick to acheive the correct color sequence before i can enjoy my embroidery. I was told embird would do this. is that true thank you
