I am planning on attending this event on Sunday:

when the Friends of North Andover Trails will be leading a jaunt around
Boston Hill and Ward Reservation. The latter is a Trustees property, but
they're going to park behind the Brightview Senior Center off Rt. 114, so
no parking fees are needed. 42.6493,-71.0947 or so.
Two hills across these two parks provide excellent views of the Boston metro
region, and are generally great places to walk around. Recommended!
