Java implementation ?

Hello,

The company for which I`m working asked me to test Ember-plus. Most of the code used in our company is written in Java.

Is there any Java implementation available?

If not, will it be eventually be implemented in Java?

Great to hear that you are interested in Ember+! Unfortunately there is no officially sanctioned Java implementation available at this moment.

Not that I know of, but I vaguely remember someone mentioning a private Java implementation some time ago on one of the public discussion boards. Maybe furthered interest in such an implementation is convincing enough to release it to the public.

If you intend to create a native binding for yourself I would suggest having a look at the libember_slim library, because it's pure C interface is easy to oversee.

Hi,

in 2012 I did a Java implementation of Ember+. My version is very close to the idea of the C++ libember. But my code has not been updated or tested since these days and it lacks several of the new features like matrices. It has never been released officially. Nevertheless I could offer the code "as is" without any warranties etc..

Hi I am also in need of testing a LAWO device via Java. Can you pls help by sharing some sample codes as to how to connect and run a command.

 I did a Socket Connection and I can see that the connection was successfull. but didnt recieve any data back . I suppose i need to instruct it to give me the data. Appreciate your help on this
