Typo in Ember+ protocol specification 2.31 Rev 5 of 01/2014 ?

Possibly I have found a typo, or have not fully understood the idea behind that:

Pg 59 Chapter "Replying to a GetDirectory request"

"When a consumer receives a valid GetDirectory request ... "

I think "provider" is correct in this case?

Or is an own directory of certain parameters mandatory for a consumer?
