Linux Basic - 101 - Part-1

Dear all,

           Thanks for showing commitment in learning Linux. 

           Attached is the 1 part of the slides that we gone through. 

           For those who are facing some issues installing Linux distro, hope that this slide will help you over-come it before the next session.

           Regarding the next session, I would like to propose that we have it this coming Friday (3-Oct-2014) if that slot is available.

I just talk to a bunch of students, they were not able to attend the previous sessions but keen to catch up. They will be dropping by PSC to let me help them with Vmware and Linux installation So they can get their hands on the slides you just uploaded.  

I will hold the slot for 3rd of October. Will give you a confirmation on Wednesday to double confirm.
