Good morning members,
Please find attached the animation Rota for 2016 for your review.
While reviewing the Rota please note that from January to April 2016 the animating group on the rota are as is presently. From May onward, the newly created sub groups have been officially incorporated in the Rota.
I also bring to your attention that feast days have been eliminated from the animation rota following the decision by the ministry in the past two meetings which will be forwarded to you, for the reason that they do not affect the liturgical calendar in any way. SCC are encouraged to organize their feast celebrations within their communities as they do not affect the liturgical calendar in any way. But the following feasts have been incorporated and will have novenas and mass. st. John Bosco, Mary Help of Christians and St. Dominic Savio.
As you review the rota please count how many masses your respective SCC and group has been allotted for 7.30, 9.15 and 11.30. this however does not apply to the Youth who animate every 3rd Sunday of the month and the Choirs which will animate 3 times in the year. If you have any complaint on the spread of the masses (to close/too far apart) this will be considered. i however urge you to bear in mind it is difficult to attain an equitable spread.
Lastly insert the lectors Rota for your respective groups, this will be incorporated in the final Rota.
