I got to showing what would happen if we took our check in model to a
double channel waiting line system rather than our usual single channel.

I am not 100% sure that I am calculating P(0) right for the double
channel...there is a summation sign in the formula ( Page 513 ) If anyone
gets how that is done exactly...would love a hand on it!![?]

Or I can just ask Rosa this week.

I thought a cool next step would be to *show the percent change in Data for
the 7 data pieces in a single channel vs. a double channel* - if any of you are game for building compare/contrast graph for that (I was not too sure how to do that).
***keep in mind the data may change once we figure out the P(0)  thing on the double channel.
