to EMAN2
Hi,

I am learning EMAN2 for annotating/segmenting cryoET data.
I am trying to follow the wiki with instructions for how to train a neural network to segment my tomogram: https://blake.bcm.edu/emanwiki/doku.php?id=eman2:programs_tomoseg

I am on the step "Manually Annotate Samples" (segment training references) to train the neural network on some positive picks. However, I am wondering: if I made a wrong stroke on one of the particle/FOI areas - how can I undo this mistake? Is there a way to do it without having to close the e2tomoseg_buildtrainset.py down and start again?

Thank you very much in advance!

All the best,

At least it's an easy question...  unfortunately it's making use of a very primitive drawing interface and it doesn't have any Undo capability  :^(
