regarding particles conversion from eman2 to relion

Hello

I have followed the tomography pipeline of EMAN2 till particle boxing. For particle boxing i used covnet nnet picking from tomograms. Now my boxed particles are saved at particles/ and from there i extracted my particles now the subvolumes are at Particles3d/.

Now i want to shift to relion --tomo pipeline

can i get a explanation on how to properly convert the particle from EMAN2 subtomo to Relion ?
