Hi all,
Does anyone have access to the tutorial using the P22 bacteriophages (https://blake.grid.bcm.edu/emanwiki/EMAN2/e2tomo_p22)? If so, would it be possible to share it with me?

I have been trying to accept the certificate for that page and tell the browser that I understand the risk, but I keep getting directed to an "Object not found!" page. I'm reaching out to our university IT team to see if it's some sort of security restriction on my laptop, but am hoping that I could access a pdf or screenshot of the tutorial for reference while I wait to hear back from IT.
All the best,

Madeline

The Wiki is running on a new platform, so old direct links won't work. You need to go to the home page and navigate to what you want. The pages are all structured the same, but the internal format of the Wiki pages is different with the new platform

Thanks for explaining - I just bookmarked the homepage for future reference.

Yeah, I just realized how incoherent my message came out. The URLs on the new platform are structured differently, but all of the same pages are there (in converted form) and with the same link organization among pages.  Basically, go to https://eman2.org, accept the security risk, then navigate to the page you want. It should be safe to re-bookmark the new page locations. They should not change again.
