EMAN2 Programming in Python discussion group tomorrow - topics

After some discussion and thought the plan for the next few weeks in our informal programming discussion sessions is:

* Tomorrow, Jul 21 - data and metadata storage in EMAN2, other software, interconverting and why

* Jul 28 - try and process some data, probably from a Relion refinement from EMPIAR, but haven't picked a specific set, and run it through the GMM dynamics pipeline. This will include a mix of GUI, command line and probably Python

* Aug 4 (may be delayed a week) - Take a look at the GMM code from Python and see how EMAN2, NumPy and Tensorflow interact

I will try to continue to record and post these sessions to YouTube.
