Hi,

After running CTF autoprocessing it seems the .lst files it outputs have been corrupted. Every time I try to open the sets folder from within the project manager it crashes and gives the error .lst file contains \r at pos 4.

Please find an image of the command prompt with the output from e2version.py as well as the error attached below.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Cuinn

Hi Cuinn,
did you switch to the WSL approach (linux shell on Windows) approach we recommended before?  The \r problem is something specific to native windows Python programs. This is probably a bug that needs to be fixed specifically for that platform.  If you are using WSL, then this behavior confuses me a bit.

Hi,

No I am not currently using the WSL approach. I will try switching to it now.

Thanks,
Cuinn

Hi Cuinn,

I have the same problem as you had. Did it solve when you WSL install your eman2?

Best,
Jing
