EMAN2 2.91 - bugfix release

In the debugging process we got several additional bug reports, and spent much of the week fixing minor problems. BCM has a network outage for part of this weekend, but (hopefully) final tests are now running.  The current plan is for the bugfix release on Monday. Please let me know if there are any other issues which must inspire another delay  :^/
