The version of eman-deps has been updated to version 29. The code on master uses this new version for binary builds. Developers need to create a new environment with the new dependencies following the updated instructions on the wiki after pulling master from GitHub. Some important changes:
- The channel priority has changed, conda-forge is higher priority than defaults. The wiki instructions reflect this change.
- Boost version has been updated from 1.69 to 1.74.
- OpenMPI has been updated from 3 to 4.
- The updated version of boost was compiled with newer C++ abi, so the compilation of EMAN on Linux has been updated to use the new abi. An important consequence of this is that the stock GNU compilers of CentOS 6 and 7 (dual C++ abi is disabled on those) are not going to work anymore.
