The PyQt5 branch has now been merged back to master!

Note that we will probably give master a few days to stabilize before creating the official branch for the release. Once we branch for release the SPHIRE group can selectively merge what they want with that branch, but be aware that it will eventually get merged back to master again...  Feel free to merge whatever you like with master over the next few days following the guidelines of the negotiation a few days ago.
