Dear Friends,
Team ORUMA is proud to announce our “SPELLING BEE SEASON ”, 2018 . It is once again time for our kids to prepare for this fabulous, fun-filled, and nerve-racking contest. All students in grades two through eight are invited to participate.
As usual, for the contest, the kids will be divided into two groups:-
GROUP 1 - Grades 2, 3, 4, & 5
GROUP 2 - Grades 6, 7 & 8
The words for the contest will based on a study list of words, which will be mailed out by us upon receipt of your registration form, or as soon as your participation is confirmed. You can either
1) Register online by visiting us on our website @ www.orumaca.org and clicking on the ORUMA Spelling Bee tab.
(If registering online, please do mention your school grade in brackets next to your name, thus enabling us to send you the right study list of words.)
OR
2) Register by filling out the attached Registration form and email it to secr...@orumaca.org.
3) Register by replying to this email with registrant’s name, grade, parent email and phone number.
The deadline to register for ORUMA’s Spelling Bee is the 20th of October, 2018. Spots are filling up fast and hence we encourage you to register immediately.
Kindly note that there is a registration fee of $25/- per child. ORUMA members receive a $10/- discount for every additional child. The registration fee can be paid at the venue, on the event day. The guidelines and rules to be followed, for our Spelling Bee, will be mailed out closer to the date of the contest.
Please do support us by spreading the word and by forwarding the attached flyer to your families, friends, colleagues and acquaintances.
