High level summary : T-Fiber, built by Lumos have been prevented from installing fiber in the ROW (right of way) on either Rutland Pkwy or Westmoorland Ln, as advised by Mr Kyle Waidner, the HOA apppinted Community Association Manager.
Please find below - our correspondence with the Mr Waidner, dating back to August 2025.
Mr Waidner has been unable to confirm
if this matter has been presented to the board, if the board has discussed, or if a members 2/3 majority vote has been determined.
I would be happy to present to your Board, or the HOA member's meeting - or provide any documentation that will allow homeowners in the HOA to make an informed decision about the fiber installation. I can confirm, 8 homeowners signed up for T-Fiber service, 3 of those orders remain open, 5 customers closed the order after we were unable to proceed with an installation (In some instances, after our installation teams arrived at their homes unable to proceed).

Your reply to me earlier today, whereby you state "a 2/3 majority vote is needed to move forward", and "you will reach out if the community decides to move forward" - it appears we are in the same spot since 14 August 2025?
I could be wrong - so with your help, I would very much like to resolve this, and importantly, respond to the 8 residents who requested service, with the correct information.
In this regard, please can you respond to my questions below.
(Your responses in-line will be useful to avoid any further confusion on my part!).
- Has there been any progress / activity since your e-mail 8/14/2025 : and by that, I mean directly: "Has the Board met and discussed the proposed fiber installation by "T-Fiber, built by Lumos" to the two private roads (Rutland Pkwy and Westmoorland Lane) within Ravenswood Community" ?
- If answered YES to question 1 above. please provide the date / or meeting this was discussed. (I can then refer the 8 Residents who requested service to refer to their minutes for these meeting details).
- Referring to question 1 and 2 above: When the Board discussed the T-Fiber installation - did they determine that a community wide-vote would be needed to determine a 2/3 majority outcome?
- If answered YES to question 3 above. Has the vote taken place?
- If there has been no progress to date, No problems!! I would like to work together to rectify it! Would that be possible?
- If answered YES to question 5 - what do you need from me? I can provide information, and/or a private road agreement , and/or any information the Board may need to progress to a vote ? This includes - attending a Board meeting (in-person or call), and I can assist with follow-on to a Residents meeting (if required).
