Abandonment Resolution Update

See below for the latest on the subject matter:

The resolution and signatures have been provided to the County’s attorney. Per the County’s attorney, the BOC decided to proceed with the first resolution rather than remove it from the agenda and agreed to approve it on the condition that we receive the HOA resolution and homeowner votes. A copy of the signed resolution is attached. As discussed, this resolution was to make the determination for the need for the abandonment.

The next step will be to draft step 2 (and final) resolution, publish notice in the newspaper, and mail out notices to the homeowners. This will go on a regular meeting, most likely on May 7, 2026.
