Neighbors,

Forsyth County decided to remove the abandonment item from tomorrow's agenda. It can be rescheduled to April 28th, as long as the resolution and vote are submitted by April 13^th. Fieldstone lawyers will draft the resolution. We will have the 80% approval from the homeowners later today at 6 PM. The next step is submitting the resoulotion and vote to the County by April 13th.

We will have our HOA virtue Zoom meeting as planned on Wednesday March, 25 at 6:30 PM. We are tabling the Gate discussion until we hear back from the County. We will address all other topics listed on the invite.
