Update and Shutters

Hello Everyone, 

Mike I wanted to see if we have heard anything from the law firm about when they actually filed the paperwork and what they anticipate a respose time to be?  This has been going on since October of 2025. They work for us and should be pushing to get this resolved on our behalf. 

I also wanted to say I got a flyer, which I assume everone else did, from Campos Painting and Home Improvements on my mailbox. 

I reached out to see about  reattaching my shutter to keep my home in compliance with the HOA rules. I wanted to see if anyone else would like to have him give you a bid to reattach yours and perhaps if he is doing more than one home we can get a better price and perhaps he can do them all while in the neighborhood bringing us all into compliance. 

If you have a recommendation of someone else I am open that as well.

Thanks for your input @Kevin .  I noticed that the gate issue has been going on for quite some time as well.  It defeats the purpose of having a gate if we cannot keep it closed.   What can we do to push this along..? It's been open for much too long at this point in my opinion.
