Please save the date and time. Our 2026 HOA meeting is planned for March 25, 2026, at 6:30 PM (Zoom). The meeting is expected to last about an hour. Kevin, our neighbor, will send out the invitations with the final agenda, speakers, and topic times. We will have two guest speakers, Michelle from Lumos Fiber/T-Mobile and Lucas from Atlanta Land Group. The tentative topics for discussion are:

HOA Financial Picture

HOA modifications

Lawncare-Lucas

T-Mobile Fiber-Michelle
