1  What caused the county to look into our gate after being operational for nine years? I do not know. In situations like this I can only assume that someone made a complaint.

2  Who pays the lawyers for their services? The HOA.

3  Why can the gate not remain closed until the issue is resolved? All the required services have the code to open the gate (fire, police, school buses, etc.) Forsyth County is requiring to be open until the issue is resolved.

I asked the community not contact you, and I would be the community mouthpiece. Below are questions and or concerns.

If the fault is not ours meaning Ravenswood HOA. Is our HOA still responsible for paying lawyers' services? 

Can we ask whoever complained to pay and compensate for all the headache?
