Community,
Please see below. Let's wait to see what becomes of this current application, then we will discuss what happened, why, and the lessons learned. I have questions about what happened and why. My focus on the gate is to get it operational.

Any other questions or concerns concerning the community, please forward them to me

Thanks,
Mike,

Hi Kyle,

Apologies for the delay. The request for abandonment has been submitted. The next step will be for the county to review the application and, once approved, present it to the Board of Commissioners.

Kind regards,

Thanks Mike for pushing to get us this far. Good to know that we have an application at the county now.

the item to put on the list for our HOA meeting for me is
  • Lawn Maintenance as we approach spring and summer
  • Exterior maintenance checking to make sure our homes are uniformed in color and overall maintenance
As a licensed Realtor, I will say that if any of us decide to put our homes on the market these things will impact the negotiations with potential buyers. Even if it is a neighbor and not your home, new buyers will factor this in as a potential negative item.

Mike,

Do you know when the law firm submitted the paperwork? This issue came up in October and I would have expected Fieldstone to have jumped on this with the law firm then.

I have my suspicions.

Thanks
Kevin
