Hello Everyone, 

I went back to look at the email string and it appears that the Abandonment is what has caused the issue with the County when they were alerted to look into our gate. Based on the email from Ralph Breeden (see Attached). 

Rahul indicated that following reps worked on this and Fieldstone should have copies of this work. 

"Fieldstone Reps at that time (Jim Sutton and Ryan Maki) worked with the County on the abandonment"  See attached email screenshot. 

Mike has Kyle looked in their old files for this documentation so it can be provided to the county?

Have we determined when we will have a board meeting to make this easier for everyone to get up to speed?
