Neighbors and Friends,

I hope everybody had a wonderful 4th of July. I am writing this message to inform you that while we are glad that you and your families enjoyed fireworks my wife and I don’t use fireworks to celebrate the 4th of July.  I think that it is very unfair and inconsiderate that we had to remove the debris from your fireworks from our front and backyard.  What is most concerning is that I see debris on my roof.  Fireworks are known to cause fires, not to mention that I will have to pay someone to remove the debris from my roof.

Hopefully next year whoever debris that we had to cleanup and pay for will be a little more thoughtful about where you aim your fireworks.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are all doing great and kids are enjoying their vacation time,

Please make sure to take care of the following things in our community to keep it clean and safe…

1. As Rick mentioned, in future please be careful doing fireworks especially the rockets as it might end up on the roof and might cause fire damage ( Please avoid Rockets if possible)...

2. Make sure to remove the trash cans and keep it out of site from the road once they are emptied.

3. Make sure to keep your lawn clean, moved and weed free..

4. Please be watch full when driving in the community as kids will be playing ( also parents please educate kids not to be on the road when vehicles are passing)

5. Please park your vehicles in your drive way and not on the road.

Have fun and Thank You for your co-operation

BOD
