Board Communication issues resulting in our Gate being open for 8 months

Raj, 

It appears you have been in communication with Kyle at Fieldstone since this came up in August 2025. I am assuming you were not aware that the actions taken then would have resulted in a challenge to our gate being open since October but nonetheless it is a fact the right of way for the county brought a challenge and here we are.  

As a homeowner I would like for you to personally respond to all of us and explain why we were not consulted about the T-Mobile (Lumus) offering for our community at any point up until today Feb 26,2026 and why Kyle is under the impression based on the emails that we as a community are not prepared to have a conversation about this as a community nearly 8 months later? 

He would have gotten this direction from someone and since I don't recall us having a meeting about it that concerns me. If you were/are the Board President, protocol as Klye stated, would have required a communication being sent and 2/3 of the residents voting one way or the other.  

I have attached a few screenshots. If anyone wants to read all the communication they are in the prior email. 

P.S. 

There is a Ravensood BOD email address in many of the earlier communications. So I am assuming the other board members have access to the inbox as well.

I was planning to switch to T-Mobile back in August/September and did sign up. I did reach out to Kyle for approval, but did not hear back, even after multiple follow-ups, and later, T-Mobile canceled my order. I’m not on the board, and I was not aware of any BOD discussions or a decision not to allow T-Mobile within the subdivision.

So that means that someone on the Board has told Klye the board had not moved forward with bringing this to the residents or Kyle is fabricating the information he provided in email to the vendor on Feb 9, 2026. It would be great if the actual board members would please chime in.  

Now the bigger concern for us all is the gate and getting it closed for security purposes. The county needs to move a little quicker on resolving the right of way since the needed paperwork has been submitted. This is a paperwork issue for them as the gate has been functional for years with no inncodent. issue so we can close the gate. 

Board members, I think we are overdue for an HOA meeting and it should be scheduled as soon as possible. I also believe that a Fieldstone representative should be present. Mike, I know you mentioned zoom before, but we are almost in the spring now and could probably meet at the library. 

We all paid a great deal for our homes and a gate, it needs to function.

Thank you, Kevin. I’ve also signed up for T-Mobile Fiber, and the representative informed me that they are currently waiting for HOA approval to install the fiber lines underground.

It would be helpful to hold HOA meetings quarterly or at least every six months to review and discuss any open items.
