Hi,

I would like to have IMAP client which allows re-submission of mails.

Goal: Zero-Inbox.

I want to clean my inbox by pushing mails to a sub-folder (IMAP) for N days.

Unfortunately I have only little JS knowledge (but I know Python for more than ten years).

Can someone please give me a hint how to get the first steps done?

What kind of IDE do you use? For Python I switched from Emacs to PyCharm several months ago.
Is there a modern IDE you recommend?

For the first steps, I think something running in a browser is easier to implement. Is this correct?

I want to avoid the need for a server backend. The JS in the browser code should talk to IMAP, no HTTP-server
should be needed for this (except for loading the app).

Any other hints for a new comer?

AFAIK no such app exists yet. If you know one, please let me know. Thank you

Regards,

I do front-end web development I enjoy using Atom. I used to use Brackets but was displeased by how unpolished it seemed in comparison to Atom. I was able to find replacement plugins for what I was using in Brackets as well, some of them better.

As for your other questions, I have no idea, I'm just getting started with EmailJS myself.
