For those few (those happy few) who follow this, a new version of the plugin has been released in the marketplace (& update site).  It looks like the newest marketplace client now pays attention to the target environment (so window/linux machines shouldn't see the extra features used on macs).  The only really notable feature of this release is that it removes the conflict with eclipse's zoom command bindings (introduced in Neon).
