Next Line beeps when choosing completion proposals

I mainly use Emacs+ in flash builder.

while choosing among methods in the completion proposal list using Ctrl
+N(which I bound to "Next Line" from Emacs+), beeps come out.

Now I bind Ctrl+N to "Line Down" from eclipse itself and the
functionality remains and the beep has gone away.

Indeed, Emacs+ is sometimes noisier than it needs to be.  In this case, with some hackery, it is possible to disable the excess noise when a content assist is detected.  While I can't guarantee that the pop-ups that appears in the flash builder follow the accepted eclipse convention, if it does, then the problem should disappear in the next minor bug fix release of Emacs+ (should be coming along in the not too distant future).
