Toggle-read-only?

Hi Emacs+ People,

This may be more of a Eclipse question. I'm using Helios. I notice
that M-x toggle-read-only doesn't exist. I would love to be able to set
certain tabs in Eclipse read-only. Anyway to do that--even a non-Emacs+
way?
