Projectile help: find file showing deleted dirs / files

Hi there,

Having moved / deleted some files outside of emacs (via the Finder), helm-projectile still provides them in the find-file list (even after restarting emacs and deleting cache files).

I've tried purging them from the cache but it reckons they're not cached. Where might they be provided from?

Any clues?

Never mind, it was showing unstaged deletions deletions.
