* Fixed issue 96: C-xC-f and C-xC-b not opening the file or buffer in the window
  to the right of nav
* Fixed issue 94: Windows resizing when nav closes
* Fixed issue 95: Files not always opening to the right of nav
* Removed a bad keybinding that made it too easy to accidentally change the default width
* Changed license from Apache to GPL v3 to make it easier to borrow code from newer versions of Emacs
