Where's The Code for These Functionalities?

Hey all,

I'm wondering how to do the following:

• auto-whitespace removal on save. The  auto-cleanup function doesn't seem to do the trick when I tried it in the scratch buffer.
  
• In clojure mode, "C-M-space" delete whitespace all the way to the previous form. But I can't find that function in any of the packs
  
• Find file and open in other window. Same thing here, where I can't find it.
