G-Client Updates: Added PicasaWeb (photos) Module

Here are a few updates on new features added to Emacs-G-Client
in the last few weeks.

I'll eventually roll a new release, but the version in SVN at
http://emacspeak.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/lisp/g-client is stable
--- it's what I use on a regular basis.

What's New:

0) Added support for uploading photos to PicasaWeb.
For examples, see http://picasaweb.google.com/tv.raman.tv
This module lets you create albums, populate them with
photos as well as edit the associated metadata.

1) Calendar: Added preliminary support for viewing different
projections.
This is useful in finding free slots on calendars.
