Fail to use w3m-buffer

in my .emacs file, i set
(add-to-list 'load-path "/home/qinyong/SoftStore/ProgramFiles/g-
client")
(load-library "g")
(setq g-user-email "qinyo...@gmail.com")
(setq g-html-handler 'w3m-buffer)

But emacs told me that void function of w3m-buffer. I have loaded w3m
(add-to-list 'load-path "/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/w3m")
(require 'w3m-load)

Seems that in my computer there is not such a function w3m-buffer. I
tried
to use C-h f to show the function and also failed. I don't know how
Bill Clementson do this.

Is there any body can show me the defun of w3m-buffer?

Another problem, when I use gcal-calendar-agenda, emacs give an error
message:
Invalid parameter value: start-min=2007-09-28T00:00:00.000 02:00.
Marking holidays...done
Marking diary entries...done

What's wrong ?
