[ECB-list] grep opens files in wrong frame

Hello,

I have configured M-x ecb-activate to open a separate frame. However, if
I use M-x rgrep in that (new, ecb-) frame and click on a match in the
result buffer, the corresponding file is opened in the original, non-ECB
frame.

Is there a way to open it in the ecb frame instead?

I remember that this was actually the default behavior some time ago,
but some update in the last few months seems to have changed that.
