Thanks to all who attended yesterday's meeting.
1. Tentative handover date for coral is now April 2019, subject to occupancy clearance by DHA which will be based upon approval of project building plans approval.
2. W.e.f Monday upt o date credit notes shall be provided to all.
3. Rental to be assessed based upon current kibor rate as per agreement. Emaar is currently paying us at a much lower rate than the prevailing kibor rate.
4. We have requested for immediate possession even in absence of dha approval which could be followed subsequent to possession. This is to establish 3rd party right and safeguard our investment against various external threats that were discussed in detail
during the meeting.
5. Next meeting on coming Friday at Emaar office 4pm. Emaar will update on DHA issue and possibility of possession as requested in this meeting.
