Mr Jameel has told me handover of CT 2 to first 22 residents will start next week 
CT 1 handover will be end of May before Eid.

How can they give possession without snagging process?

We have to be very careful before signing snagging documents. We have to ascertain in writing when will be physical possession from the snagging date. Further emaar has not paid rent since 2018. We have to ensure rent is paid till physical possession date.

I had contacted Mr Jameel on a personal basis - details will be worked out with Haris and his staff, he just told me this very briefly
How can possession be given without snagging process.
Mark up amount will be adjusted with the last installment , this was conveyed to me before a month or so.

Correction sir .Jamil promised that letter be issued last Monday for first to 12 floors  in Ct2. I do have one in ct2 on 11th floors. Have not received any letter. Send an reminder email no response.

My suggestion is go to Emaar office and see what’s going on.
He is CEO he wouldn’t give wrong information.
Pls do let me know if you don’t get the letter so I can also follow up.

According to Saad at Customer care, the letters were sent out to 22 "randomly selected" residents last Friday. The selection criteria was based on input from the building contractor with regard to the units which were in most optimal condition for handover.

Still I think u need to go and fight it out.
Saad cannot do anything 
See Haris or talk to Mr Jameel Akbar.
Did DHA give the clearance, as letters are out that means they have the NOC.
I have made a complain to PM also still it’s in Defence division.
Also Mr Jameel told me that he will advise Haris to talk to me , if he calls I will let u guys know.
Also, we know someone from the contractor side he has told us that they have been told to move out by 01 May.
