We don't even know if it was port Qasim land. Even if it was port Qasim land, than who gave it to port Qasim. Was the land beneath the sea or above sea level. There is a judgement in field which declares all land beneath the sea level belongs to Federal Govt and above is of provincial govt. 

It might be of sindh government or federal govt depending on land status at the time of agreement and how did this land came to DHA. Was it just land grabbing or properly acquired from the bona-fide owner. The case is pending and will clear all issues, till than complete uncertainty and the subject land is in dispute. This case will gradually broaden its preview as case proceeds and eventually it will be debated who is the real bona-fide owner of these lands. We might be surprised that the real bona-fide owner is Govt who never sold nor received any bounties from this land. In case of Bahria Town it was identified by the Court that bahria was not the bona-fide owner of the land, therefore a major chunk was cancelled and revoked back to the bona-fide owner. For the bona-fide part of the land, bahria was made to pay the market reflective price. 

Lets see what happens. Having said that, it is absolutely imperative that we keep a close eye on the matter and if need be we become party to register 3rd party rights.
