Dear Sir,

Despite having made all the due paymennts on time, though you had noted all the points
and undertook to rectify the same ASAP, with a requets to take over the apartment. On 
your assurance, we took over the apartment yet after a lapse of 5 months, till date you have 
not rectified the identified and noted fauts, during snagging. 
  1. The  windows have a gap due to which besides the air condioning is poor and 
  2. causing us to pay inflated electricity bills, the dust and sea salt is spoiling the electrical 
  3. gadgets.  

  4. The maid washroom slope is causing water to flow towrads the lounge 
  5. instead of going into the drain. 
In view of above, you are requested to forthwith coordinate on my cell 0333-2110583 and 
so that I should be able to utilis eteh apartment for whic hI have already pai dall due and 
claimed amounts to you in advance.

I am not a technical person on the subject. However, one on my friend / client had visited 
the subject apartment and had observed that the kind of faults mentioned in unresolved 
complaint No. C - 200 6329, 2006319 dated 21 April 2022 and C # 2006629 dated 
9 May 2022 and C # 200 6876 dt 19 May 22, could be the pre symptoms of tilting of 
Tower RT - 2. 

In view of above, I cannot rule out the possibility of kind of fate of Margalla Tower 
Islamabad which too was tilting but the consultant and developer had ignored the complaints 
of the occupants/owners.       

Kindly appoint a structure engineer to re-validate the strength and re-certify the quality of 
work of piling and souring on reclaimed land on which Emar towers are constructed with
special reference to cracks developed in Tower RT-2 and door panels have gone loose from 
the masonry walls. 

I had also repeatedly attempted to contact your Zaighum Sb, Tasawwar and Ali sb from FM 
but to no avail. The need to generate the instant mail aroused when none of my complaints were 
addressed to on your given UAN #. 

Your timely response would be solicited please.
