Dear Aishma,

Thank you for your prompt reply to my query in your good offices today.
Your given cell # is power off. May I take this opportunity to ask you that 
on 18 June at 3 pm who would conduct the snagging of subject apartment 
and apartment # RT-2-1903. If there is any change in date or time please 
intimate well in advance. 

Please ensure that 42 points raised earlier by us are rectified before the next snagging. 
Also let me know if any hidden charges such as transfer / allotment Lease / 
DHA membership fee are required to be paid before handing over of the apartment 
and under which authority or clause of SPA such charges would be required before 
occupation of the apartment. Please send the scanned copy of the letter/clause/notification.

Dear Aishma ,

Thank you for arranging the visit on Friday the 18 June 2021 at 330 pm. It is however,
brought on record that the points notified in earlier visit were though partially rectified 
but the following major defects are yet to be rectified. 
  1. Slope of maid wash room needs to be  levelle dtowrads the drain hole.
  2. Bath tub enamel worn out and bath tub needs replacement.
  3. Wooden almirah in Kitchen and bedrooms cracked / broken back card board needs replacement.
   4. Wash rooms Over head ceiling was leaking through the false ceiling and watter dripping throuogh
       the roof of the apartment.  
   5. Balcony security grill hnad rest bars missing. 
  6. Curtain channel needs touch up all alongthe windows.

The above are the saem repetation for apratment number 1903. kindly give a short date for taking over the posession 
of the  apartment.     

You have also not communictated to us the requisite documents required and authority / notification under the SPA for 
taking over the apartment subject to membership DHA

Despite repeated attempts, your given contact #s are not responding since last several many months. 
Even while I was in your office right in front of the reception, the bell was ringing but the person at 
the reception did not bother to pick the phone and this episode was witnessed by your Mr. Haris with
